Instructions on Return

If you purchase with the account registered on the website, please follow the following steps to request a return:

  • 1. Log into your account.
  • 2. Select "My Orders," find the item(s) you wish to return, and click "Return."
  • 3. Choose the quantity of the item, fill in "Reason," "Resolution," and other blank cells, and submit for authorization.
  • 4. You will receive a confirmation email of your request (It is not your RMA).
  • 5. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a second email--your RMA.

If you purchase via Guest Checkout, you may request a return here:

  • 1. Enter your Order ID, Last Name, and Email Address or machine model, and click "Continue."
  • 2. Select "Return" below the Order ID.
  • 3. Choose the quantity of the item, fill in "Reason," "Resolution," and other blank cells, and submit for authorization. Use drop-down menus to select "Item to Return," "Quantity to Return," "Return Action," "Item Condition," and "Reason for Return."
  • 4. You will receive a confirmation email of your request (It is not your RMA).
  • 5. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a second email--your RMA.
  • 6. Follow the instructions in the RMA to process your return.

Warranty Policy

  • 1. Main Unit Warranty: All machines are covered by a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal usage.
  • 2. Accessories Warranty: All accessories, including handpieces, brackets, screens, and other removable components, are covered by a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • 3. Coverage: The warranty covers repair, replacement, or parts replacement due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • 4. Claim Procedure: To request a warranty service, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact our customer service team at customerservice@mychway.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be required.
  • 5. Limitations: The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Mychway. Replacement or repair is subject to product availability. Mychway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund

For a used item with quality-related problems beyond 30 days, you may get a replacement or a partial refund within the warranty. The replacement will be processed upon receipt of the returned item; the refund will be made once approved, and the time for receiving the refund is as per the payment method.

If the product has slight damage, but you wish to retain it, you can get a partial refund. If the product is faulty, you can send it back for a full refund within 45 days of receiving it. If the product is completely broken, you can get a full refund or a new one if you submit your request within 45 days of receiving it.

Replacement Options

Standard replacement: We ship the replacement to you once receiving the defective product(s). Or You send a scanned copy of the receipt of the returned product(s) with your name and machine model to support@mychway.co.uk. Then our customer service team will release the replacement, expediting the process.

Advanced replacement: Your replacement will be shipped before receiving the returned product(s), and we will charge your credit card for the replacement. You will get the deducted amount once the product is received.

Terms & Conditions

  • 1. A physical address must be provided to proceed with the RMA process.
  • 2. Our sole liability and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s), shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
  • 3. NO refund will be offered unless the product is purchased from us.
  • 4. A replacement is processed upon product availability.
  • 5. Under ANY circumstances, we shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • 6. We are NOT responsible for return freight resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.
